Office 2007は完全にサポート終了です。そのため、絶対にネットにつながないのなら使えるかもしれませんが、原則は使用せず、Office 2016かOffice 360 soloなどへアップデートする必要があるでしょう。
ただし、Office 2018が発売になるとのうわさもあるので、今Office 2016を買うのはやや勿体ない気もします。
簡易的な使用が多いなら、無料オフィス（LibreOfficeなど）で代替するという手段もありますね。
