基本的に音声ガイダンスの音量は変更不可かと思います。
自分が聴いた際にはあまり気にならなかったのですが、個体差があるかどうかは不明です。
どうしても気になるようなら、Amazonから直接メーカーさんに問い合わせてみてはいかがでしょうか？
