本日Appleが「iOS 11.2.2」の配信を開始しました！
ここ数日ネット界隈で大きな話題になっているCPUの脆弱性問題ですが、かねての噂通り、やはりApple製品も影響を受けるようです。今回指摘されているCPUの脆弱性問題のうち、すでに「Meltdown」については対処済み。今回は「Spectre」の影響を緩和するための処置が施されたようです。
脆弱性を悪用されるとパスワードなどを盗み取られるともいわれているので、 iPhone / iPad ユーザーは速やかにアップデートの適用を行いましょう。なお、同時にMacにもアップデートが配信されているので、こちらもお忘れなく。

「iOS 11.2.2」へのアップデート方法
「iOS 11.2.2」へのアップデートは、iTunesを介して行う方法と、Wi-Fi経由のOTAで行う方法があります。パソコンがある場合は、iTunes経由で行う方が安心です。また、アップデート前には必ず事前にバックアップを取ってから行いましょう。
OTAで行う場合は、以下の手順となります。
設定＞一般＞ソフトウェアップデート
今回のアップデートは非常に重要です。皆さん出来るだけ早急にアップデートを適用しておきましょう！「Meltdown」と「Spectre」については、過去記事を参照してくださいね。
